Red Twin Limited were appointed by the main contractor to assist the development through planning and with the outline acoustic design.

 The £5M development over two blocks, provides 132 student bedrooms arranged in cluster flats with communal areas including a cinema using a timber frame structure.

We provided a full acoustic design service including site noise survey, specification of the envelope to mitigate external noise, design of separating structures between bedrooms and pre-completion testing
