Red Twin Limited were appointed by the client to take the design to Stage 4, for this development of 324 apartments in two blocks, and which include 6 retail units and offices.

Our involvement included noise surveying the site and satisfying planning consent relating to internal noise level, as well as working with the design team to develop the acoustic design.

We have subsequently been novated to the main contractor to assist developing the acoustic engineering during construction and to undertake pre-completion testing.
