Red Twin Limited were appointed by the main contractor to assist this exciting redevelopment of Keynsham town centre.

This mixed-use scheme includes the extension and enhancement of the leisure centre to include a second pool and new fitness suite, and also 95 new residential apartments in the retained building above.

We have provided acoustic design assistance for the leisure centre, and advice for compliance with residential design standards in a challenging retained structure.
