One Lusty Glaze is a development of 36 luxury apartments in a prominent location in Newquay just moments from Lusty Glaze beach.

Red Twin Limited were appointed by the main contractor Midas Construction. The services provided included: Assistance with the planning application/approval process in relation to acoustic matters, 3D modelling of the development to assess the noise exposure and noise impact to/from the surroundings, detailed design consultancy to achieve the required levels of sound insulation between apartments, and an ongoing role to review the implementation of the design during the construction and procurement stages.

We also undertook pre-completion acoustic testing on completion.
