The project is a three storey , 30,000 sq ft building compromising office accommodation, laboratories and public areas including a cafe, and space for meeting, networking and seminars.

Red Twin Limited were appointed by the main contractor Kier Construction to provide assistance from the start to achieve suitable acoustic standards and to gain credit for environmental performance under the BREEAM scheme.

The building achieved BREEAM excellent, and incorporates natural ventilation despite being under the flight part from Exeter airport and close to the M5 motorway. The building was subject to acoustic testing on completion to demonstrate the design achieved the requirements.

The project was named PROJECT OF THE YEAR in the annual Michlemores Property Awards 2016. The building was a FINALIST in the prestigious BCO Awards for the South of England and South Wales in the commercial workplace category.
